I contacted Arbutus in the fall of 2021 for a quotation on our hardwood floors. **** came and measured up the project and gave us a quotation. He explained that they only use top quality products ( Bona ) we felt the price was fair and decided to proceed. This is not the first time that we have had the floor refinished, and quite frankly our past experiences were less than favorable.The job entailed **** square feet of hardwood refinishing plus 10 stairs and risers. **** gave us a date and instructions what was required from us to prep. the home. **** and ***** showed up on the scheduled day and every day after until the project was complete. The workmanship and finished product were and are perfect. Approx 30 days later we had cracks appearing , contacted **** and he showed up with a device to read the exact humidity. Our one humidifier was not operating properly. I repaired the unit and problem solved. If you are looking for someone to refinish I recommend Arbutus 100%.
