Good morning. My husband and I bought a new trailer from Pulse Rv. We had some issues after purchase. However these were quickly addressed. We did a walk through with the GM ****, in April. And he also delivered our trailer at the end of April, to our campground. At the time of the walk through things were ok. During delivery **** helped my husband set up the trailer. I was handed the envelope with the keys and all paperwork. At this time **** left. He was gone the first time we opened the trailer. There are many issues and these things I am sending you. None of these were present on the walk through. I have had some emails back and forth and **** the persons dealing with this warranty stuff stopped responding to our emails. On May 12 **** advised that Gulfstream responds back to them within 2-5 days. It has been a month. We truly do not know what to do. Any help or advise would be most welcomed
