I'm getting a prescription from them since last year. Then last July 2021 I renewed my prescription with the much higher dosage and that time I paid an out of pocket amount of cad598.00. Then after a while they refunded me of cad144.00 because they said that it's much cheaper for my new dosage. Then by 1st week of September they are requiring me to pay cad400.00+ every month until December. I said to them that per our insurance which is sun life it's already covered 100% . I ask them to coordinate with my insurance to clear everything and also on our part we also coordinated with sun life. They give us an email explaining everything. We also give a xerox copy of email of sun life and the receipts we paid last July 2021. So last week October 1 I went to the pharmacy to have my medicine injected to me and **** the pharmacist administered my medicine but today October 8 I went their to have my shot but they are requiring me to pay cad400.00+ again until December. I explained to them.
