Top scores to everyone at LA Mazda ***** we drove onto an unknown car lot not expecting anything special like all the other lots we had visited and four days later drove of the lot with our new car and we even made new friends .The customer service both in sales and the service department top notch .We will certainly pass on our praises to everyone to stop in this Mazda dealership first when looking to purchase a vehicle or a repair on your already owned vehicle.Professional all the way !!!!!Thank you everyone at LAMazda *****Review from Samantha P

We have switched Mazda dealerships as a direct result of the fantastic service we have received at LA Mazda. The dealership we were using has had a very noticeable slip in the quality of customer service and for the cost of vehicle maintenance, being treated well and operating with transparency is important to my family. I am very disappointed with handling of recent problem at Mazda in *****.Had brake work done on all four wheels,new tires on front back tire the same. Had them all installed and torqued, Got to a hour from ********* and rear driver side tire fell off and was unable to be used. They claim it was not retorqued properly , but if all four tired were installed and torqued by the same person tell me why only one fell off. I was told by *** tire it was not cleaned and installed properly, but hey denied that and just kept saying it wasnt torqued right. They wouldn't help pay for any of my expenses that we had over this incident. Which totaled to near $2000.00, the only item he would cover was a new spare tire.Which I declined.Not a very good way to do business. I would of hoped for at least half settlement.Review from Randy O.

The work ahead on my brakes and installation of battery was comprehensive. The service representative was knowledgeable. I would have liked to have been told that I was to have all four of my brakes done. I only informed them that too would probably need to be done. as well I wouldve liked to of had a quote on the work done to my vehicle before it was started; however, I wouldve had my brakes changed, regardless of this advance notice.Review from John J

Outstanding service everytime I go! Oil changes, tire changes and even questions about how to use new car gadgets all dealt with by friendly staff.
