Purchased motorhome last May. Upon entering there was mould on the bottom of the mattress. Because I am immune suppressant I told them I couldnt be in there. So a serviceman took out a knife and cut part of the mattress off that contained the mold. We were told to take it out and use it and if anything needed repairs to bring it back. We did in June and were told 2-3 week wait for repairs. We said not that uses our summer. So in the fall I booked an appointment for April 5/22. We took it in that morning and left. 3 1/2 weeks later they hadnt even started anything. So Friday April 29 we went there and picked it up it up. When I asked about the bed he said they cant do anything because they couldnt order another mattress. They were really quick to cut the mattress but have just left us with this cut up mattress. They had this mold covered up with a blanket so they new about the bed without telling us. Very convenient for them. They have not offered anything to us. Very dissatisfied with this kind of service. There communication with us never existed

I apologize for the delay of the repairing your unit due to techs having Covid it put my shop behind on repairs. The mattress had some mold on the bottom they cut it out due your illness. We tried to order a new one and I tried the get one made up from a mattress manufacturer because it is a custom mattress that bottom 2 fold over they can not make. I offered to supply a new standard mattress and you turned it down. ********************

**** called us and did offer a normal mattress. What good is that when we bring in the slide the mattress will have to push against the wall (whats it going to do to the wall). I wonder if Western RV CHECKED WITH THE MANUFACTURER for the mattress
