I bought a vehicle from ***** at Himalayan Auto in ********** on **** *** ****, During my first 3 month warranty I had to take my vehicle back due to transmission problems not even a month after purchasing which left me stranded on the highway outside of *******. Since then they put a new used transmission in and insured me everything was good to go and extended my warranty again. A couple days after they "fixed" the problem I came back with the same transmission problem again during my extended warranty and voiced my concerns, they took it around the block and reassured me nothing is wrong and weren't taking me seriously *** * **** **** **** **** **** ** ******* **** ** ***** The problem kept happening but I took their word things were fine, now today **** **** **************************************************************************************************** my transmission isn't going to last much longer. I took the invoice and went to ***** today to show him and explain to him he needs to do something because he dismissed me when I came in during my warranty and he should've handled it when I brought it back after they put the second transmission in. He kept saying the warranty is over and I shouldn't have waited till now and I proceeded to tell him I didn't wait till just now I came again during the warranty but he sent me home and told me nothing is wrong. * **** ** ****** ** ********** ****** ** ** ** ******** *** *** ** *** *** ** ** ******** **** ** **** *** ******* **** ** *********** ** **** ******** * *** ************ *** ************ ****** *** *****. * ***** **** ****** ***** ** **** *** * *** ******* ** **** ***** *** **** **** **** **** *** *** ** *** ************* ** ****** ** ********* ** ******* ** ******* ** ******** **** * **** ** ****** ** ******** *** *** *** **** ** **** * ******* **** ** ********** * *****. I spent ******** on a vehicle that hasn't even lasted me a year and has had problems the whole time of owning it.Business response

Hey ****, it's ***** here from Himalayan Auto Sales over in **********. I see that you have sent me a message about ***************************. I have sold the vehicle back in ********** *** ***** * *** with 3 months warranty on the engine and transmission and drivetrain. She had some issues with the transmission about a month and a half after which we took care of and we had to replace the transmission. Then she stopped by yesterday saying there were some problems with the car again which we are more than happy to help with but it is not covered by the warranty anymore because it was way past the timeline. I will also include the date in which the car was sold and the warranty was signed under a different paper .

I am rejecting this response because:
***** handled things by putting a secondhand transmission in then I came back to him not even a week after still currently in my warranty telling him it was doing the exact same problems. He disregarded everything I said and told me the transmission just needs to be worked in *********** ** **** ******** * *** ************ *** ********* ********* * ***** **** ** ****** ** *** ** ** ******** *** **** ** ** **** ** ******* ************* *** ***** **** ** *********
