December 7th 2023 work was done. We were initially quoted $360 for the cleaning to which **** adjusted mid clean to $470 which we did not dispute at all. **** and his team were to clean certain areas of the house. The living room where the damage is is one of those areas. Very clearly there is damage to the floor from one of the staff moving the table. My wife showed **** the damage via text to where **** immediately said he would ask his staff. His staff denied it and my wife explained she cannot move the table herself due to it being extremely heavy. **** responded why would my staff lie to me he then chose to express we wont clean your place anymore. You blamed us for a missing remote and now this. The missing remote I thought was a non issue but **** is still holding on to that apparently which was from a year ago. I have called **** 4 times and left voicemails to which he is not responding too. We didnt pay $470 to pin this damage on **** and his team.
