In ***** **** this company provided me with the service of an oil change on my 2018 ********** atlas. Within a couple of days of the oil change my car started massively leaking oil at which time the company sent a worker to my residence to fix the problem. I only just got another oil change on **** ** **** at which time I **** mr. **** they persisted to tell me there was multiple problems caused by the previous oil changer including damages to the oil pan and drain plug which needs ************* away to repair. There are extensive damages done to my vehicle that had been stated in a write up from new oil changer.Business response

Upon receiving your report of an oil leak shortly after our service, we took immediate action by sending a worker to your residence to address the issue. We are committed to rectifying any problems that *** arise as a result of our services, and we take responsibility for our actions. It's important to note that after this intervention, your vehicle operated without any issues for over a year, covering more than ****** kilometers. This extended period of trouble-free driving suggests that our initial service did not result in any lasting adverse effects.
We were surprised to learn about the subsequent issues with your vehicle and the assertions made by Mr. **** regarding damages to the oil pan and drain plug. We want to assure you that we perform our services with the utmost care and adhere to industry best practices including using a torque wrench to tighten plugs to the *** specifications. While we understand that vehicle maintenance can be complex and multiple factors can contribute to issues over time, it's important to recognize the extended interval of satisfactory performance following our service.
We appreciate your transparency and collaboration to resolve this matter. We have reviewed the write up from Mr. **** and our view is that they are passing blame at our company for a problem with the service they performed or a preexisting issue that has happened over the life of the vehicle.
