      Aqua Mule was contacted in Oct 202* by real estate agent to inspect water well and related water systems for home being purchased in Dec 202*.Inspection was completed on Oct **, 2022 with report emailed to ********* and ******************************* on Oct **, 2023. The report did not indicate any issues with water well, water test results and system evaluation.Invoice ***** for $******* was received and paid for this inspection and report.Following closing in Dec this home was occupied by ********************* contractor until my daughter could move from ******* to the home. On Mar **, 2023 Aqua Mule was contacted about the lack of water pressure and a leaking toilet see invoice ***** for $******. Note pressure tank was replaced by our plumbing contractor.May **, 2023 invoice ***** for $********* was received to check for smelly water at home and replace carbon filter, UV filter, water softener, install reverse osmosis, ultaviolet system,iron filter May ** UV bulb at ranch house replaced at cost of $****** August **  invoice ***** potassium permanganate replaced at $****** and repairs to ranch house August ** invoice ***** for $****** to assess sulphur smell at new home after daughter arrived with husband and baby from Halifax All invoices except last 2 for $******** and$****** have been paid.As a result of continuing sulphur smell and hard water with calcium present as evidenced on sinks and dishes , ********* phoned ******* to advise of continuing issues. ********* email dated Aug ** response is enclosed.of $*******

      The terms on the invoices state:


      Terms: Due in 7 days from the date of this invoice.
      If any invoiced amount is not received by the mentioned due date, then those charges may accrue late interest at *% of the outstanding balance per month, or **% per annum.  We may suspend our services until such amount is paid in full.


      *********************************** left a voice message for Aqua Mule on August **, 2023 stating her intentions to not pay the two outstanding invoices. 


      Aqua Mule emailed ********* & ******************************* on August **, 2023 with notice of suspension of their services.


      As outlined in Aqua Mules email:


      We would be happy to resume service upon meeting the following two conditions:
      *********** of payment for the two attached invoices.
      2 - Respectful and peaceful conduct during all interactions.


      The desired settlement stated by ******************************* is:
      Other (requires explanation); Finish the job;Billing adjustment; Replacement


      It is unclear to Aqua Mule what ******************************* is looking for.  No explanation has been provided, and ******* has not been in touch with Aqua Mule to explain what resolution he is seeking.


      Aqua Mule believes that all invoiced work has been completed. 


      Aqua Mule would like to offer one of the following two options towards resolution:


      Option 1 - Resume warranty service work once payment is received for the two outstanding invoices (total of $*******).


      OR


      Option 2 Void two outstanding invoices (total of $*******) and terminate the relationship permanently.
