This company hosted a Sweepstakes for buying 3 of a certain product during a period. "This was their Ferrara Candy Go Jurassic This Summer Sweepstakes and Movie Offer". I submitted 7 valid receipts, including 66(!) total valid items purchased (from *******, during the appropriate period). Their contest boasts that submissions/questions will be reviewed within 2-5 business days. I submitted these sweepstake entries on 04-Jul-2022. I was told on 11-Jul-2022 that these were "invalid because they had already been submitted". I submitted a contact form on 11-Jul-2022 to which I received NO RESPONSE. My household should have received 22 sweepstake entries (66/3), and $5 movie rewards for each entry. Even if this is capped at 2 per person, we are a 4 person household and should have received 8. WE RECEIVED NOTHING. We did not receive a response to our inquiry that our original submission was invalid, I didn't receive a single reward or sweepstake entry. All I received in exchange for my approx. $200 spent on products, was a series of 7x emails, sent in the same minute, telling me that I have 'already submitted this receipt'.
