On September 30th, 2023 I ordered $148.50 worth of candles from Natura Soy. On October 5th I was advised it was shipped by ICS courier. Since then my item has been lost in transit. I contacted natura soy who advised they will not refund my order because its still in transit. I advised them that everyday I get a new delivery date. They have no refunded me, refused to send me a replacement and have ceased to communicate further with Me. This is a poor business practice and Im not even sure the company is real. Ive seen other complaints from people about the same thingBusiness response

This issue with customer has been resolved. Customer was upset that her order was delayed by courier company to which was out of our control. Order was successfully delivered to customer complete with her confirmation.Customer response
