    This business is very unprofessional and terrible at communicating. We wanted them to complete an install and was told the crew would arrive at a certain time and date. Not only were they late, it was not communicated with us that they would be late. Since they arrived late, I told them they could not enter our home and we would need to reschedule. I was very specific and told the sales rep that the next time we rescheduled would be the last time we try as we could not take more time off work to get this done. He understood and booked the app. When the crew showed up they realized they didn't have the right equipment and would need to return again. They apologized and said the sales rep would be in touch. He was not. The crew arrived again unannounced a few days later to try to complete the install. My husband happened to be home and told them since nothing had been communicated that we would not allow the install to happen that day. They understood but tried to leave unpaid equipment with us to in order for them to install at a later date. My husband refused as that seemed odd and he did not want to be responsible for the items. I emailed the sales rep telling him that we would not be perusing the install any further. Instead of owing his mistake, he turned it around on us and stated we were the "problem" for not responding to him (even though there was nothing to respond to since he did not email us as he should have). There is a reason this business is not accredited with the BBB.
