10/10 recommend First Class. We purchased a new home and scheduled them to meet us at the home for the inspection to get a quote, they provided a reasonable quote and when we finally got possession of the home at noon they were at the house for 1, and finished the next morning. Professional, clean, efficient and meticulous - will be using them again for our new deck in the summer.Review from Ken T

We are delighted with this company's performance. They came to our Town of ***** they did a very good job and the job is well done!We are planning to install solar panels after the roofing is finished.They are willing to move 4 roofing vents to different locations without extra charges. Three of our neigbours used this company to change their roofs as well. We certainly highly recommend this company for roofing and renovations.Review from Cynthia H

This company will refuse to provide a simple quote for roof repair and service on changing broken roof air vent and install a few crack shingles ,instead they will push for replacement of the entire roof-base on -( house is in the hail ZONE ) not the experience. Two people show up, one get in the roof and investigate-( took 40 pictures ), then they sant second person-( sales manager to make a sale for the insurance claim ). Month later Im Still waiting for the quote . ??My roof is already fix by ***** roofing company-( one hour job ). Greetings Roman,Unfortunately, we could not assist you with the repair to your roof and do not feel that your review is an accurate representation of your interaction with First Class. When you initially contacted our office, we sent out our technician ****** to perform an inspection of your roof to address a minor repair. During the inspection, ****** noted extensive hail damage to your home. Repairing this damage would have incurred high costs. Rather than quote this work, we sent out ******, an in-house certified hail claim specialist, to assist you in putting forth a hail claim to replace your roof at minimal cost to yourself. When ****** arrived, you were aggressive and abusive towards him. You shouted at him and refused to allow him to respond or explain the purpose of his visit. We have zero tolerance for this type of behaviour towards our staff. For these reasons First Class decided not to move forward with any additional service or direct contact. We are happy to hear that you were able to have your repair request addressed. That said, we have doubt that the 70+ deficiencies recorded in ******** initial report were addressed in such a short time frame.Review from Andrew T

This was a hail claim project! **************** and attention to detail was a negative experience for me and my neighbors that we referred to this company. Crews had to come back to fix work multiple times that should have been done at a professional level the first time, and even after it was all said and done, it's still not builder grade professional. Items were missed during the ordering process and renovation process that we the home owners had to bring up with them multiple times as they weren't thorough with their process as they had promised in their sales pitch. They wanted the remaining payment of a quote, even though all the work on the quote wasn't completed, which was also against their policy. There wasn't a sense of pride or care in their workmanship and we are embarrased that we referred them to our neighbors as they also had this same experience, if not worse. The worst part of this experience was the lack of communication between their own teams, so it was often that crews weren't told information, or it was relayed wrong. Also, when the work was completed, it wasn't thoroughly inspected with the home owners, which was also promised in their sales pitch. We had to request the inspections to be completed! I believe if the owner of the business saw the work that was done, they would give it a 4 out of 10 score. I sincerely hope that in the future they learn from the negative reviews and experiences that they caused us and our neighbors to endure!First Class Roofing & Renovations Response

****** and his crew did a amazing job! ****** came and accessed the roof, gave me a great price. His crew came shortly after and started the job. Very courteous, clean and completed the job in the time quoted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof or roof repairs!
