We hired ***** of Great White Roofs in May 2019, we paid him the full amount owed once the work was completed. The work was completed in the Spring of 2019 and as early as October we were concerned about the quality of the work. When we contacted ***** after noting some persistent leaking of the new roof (in Jan 2020), he told us Great White Roofs had closed in Nov of 2019 as a victim of the pandemic and would not be honoring the 10-year labour warranty and the 50 year materials warranty (as stated on our invoices). We have contacted him in April 2022 after noticing the website is active and asked about what materials were used on the roof so we could get the 50 Year materials warranty, he told us he could not remember. We noticed some information on the invoices and quote he gave and contacted three companies we thought might be the material suppliers, NONE noted that a warranty card for our location was ever submitted. Since 2019 ***** has opened a ******** page, renewed his domain and is operating 'as usual'. yet we cannot get him to repair the leaking roof on our building. Please check his reviews on other platforms as we note, there are other customers that have had the same experience as we have. We have contacted a lawyer, but also feel that this company is not reputable and future customers should know of our experience with this company before considering them. At May 2022, we still have issues with our roof and ***** has not honored the repair or warranty stated to us when we purchased his services and will need to pay $12,000 to have our roof repaired.
