MAY **The vehicle I was driving was seized by police and towed to All-Rite towing. JUNE *- All charges were dismisses and a notice was sent to impound lot to release vehicle JUNE *- I called *** ****. The amount owed was of $*******. JUNE *** *** ** *** **- I have repeatedly requested a invoice be sent to me via email to arrange payment to tow yard so I may get truck out of impound. I have recieved nothing to date. JUNE **- I spoke to same person I have been dealing with entire time. She now states that she will only disclose the amount owed to the Registered Owner although she had done so once already on June * knowing I was NOT the owner. When I asked her why she did not say this in the beginning, she claims she did. That is a lie. I offered to send her the letter I have on June ************************************************************************************************************************** another person I name. She refused. She stated they were closed that day and i would have to wait until the following morning tho their ad clearly states they are open 24/7. She has told me each day that she would email the invoice or have it emailed to me. Each day that has gone bye with me waiting for the invoice she kept telling me she would send has increased by bill by ***** a day. We are on day 5 now. Today, June ** she is refusing to send me a invoice. She is refusing to tell me the amount owing. She is refusing to give me a email address so i can send letter from owner. She says she has to speak with owner on phone. I asked twice if she refused payment from me, she said yes. She has denied anything else that was said. The owner of the vehicle is my mother *****. She loaned her vehicle to me 2 years or more now to use. She is away on holidays in ****** and I have no way of contacting her. She is not due to return to ****** for another week. Hence why I had the authorization letter already. They will not deal with me or accept the letter of authorization.

As an **** impounded vehicle, we are only legally obligated to deal with the registered owner of same. *************** was advised from the beginning that the owner of the vehicle was who we would need to correspond with.  She had indicated she had a letter from this owner.  Anyone can write a letter of this type.  How fortunate that she had it after the date of impound as well. The **** have been involved in this file from the outset.  *************** has claimed that the **** are paying the bill and that she got an early release.  We have never seen the paperwork she claims to have.  When the  "registered" owner applies to the courts and is granted an early release, we are notified immediately.  This has not happened. We were finally contacted by someone claiming to be the owner, (caller display had her name as well)   and were given the authorization to release to *****************  She has been given the dollar amount. We are not in the habit of emailing invoices out to customers as this can open too many issues up after the fact. Our offices are not open 24/7.  We tow 24/7 but as with any business including the ******* impound lot we have hours in which we deal with these issues.  *************** has been advised numerous times how this all works, yet wants to keep ignoring the process.

The vehicle is waiting for her to pick it up and pay for it.   There will be no refund, as she hasn't even paid for it yet.  The **** will not be paying for this bill either but if they do that will be between her and them,,  not our involvement.

On March 5 my van was impounded by all rite towing in **********. I was not provided a chance to gather any personal belongings from the vehicle prior to towing. I have important medications in the vehicle that I need daily and cannot financially afford to just go get more. Also, my boyfriends wallet and his tools needed for work are in the vehicle. I contacted All Rite Towing the next day to arrange a time to gather these important personal belongings and was informed that I would need to pay a deposit of $630 just to have access to my personal items in the van. ($630 is approx. half of the final **** after 30 day impound.) I felt there was no sense of understanding regarding how important these items are or my personal situation. I contacted the officer who dealt with the vehicle seizure as well as his supervisor; they both informed me that they could not help me with this matter: I was completely dismissed by this company and would only request that I gather a few very important belongings prior to the 30 day impound being complete. Thank you, ***
