            This company did not complete a contract as signed. When asked to complete the work, they refused. Due to the incomplete work, our pet suffered severe damage to its' paw. The work in question was the contracted removal of our fence. The company did not remove the fence and simple built the new fence over ***** nails and rotted wood. We discovered this after an expensive vet bill wherein our dog's paw was severed due to this company's negligence.The office manager/owner attempted to blame us (the owners) of the property and refused to complete the work. I am taken aback by the behavior of this individual as well as the refusal to stand by their work.Typically, when contracting out services, this work is guaranteed. In my business, I ensure that the work agreed upon is completed and address customer complaints professionally and courteously. This can't be said for Central Alberta Fencing.
