    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra new from ******** Hyundai. They were never great to deal with when it came to oil changes and other stuff. But we got along fine. July 2022 my cars engine was empaled by the connecting Rod and caught fire essentially while on the hwy. Hyundai ******** was very accommodating when I first brought the car to them. Until they realized my km was over the warranty, and Hyundai ****** immediately dismissed me. ******** Hyundai attempted to be helpful by working out a deal to fix the lower block. Unfortunately that did not help fix the problem.They repeatedly would dismiss me, dismiss my requests and attempt to convince me of other ideas. They never offered any assistance or customer service They attempted to strong arm me into purchasing a new vehicle with higher interest. Using my situation to manipulate me over and over. The lady I dealt with at one point even tried to get me to feel sympathy for her cause of the stress this had caused her. Never once showing any empathy or anything to me or what I was doing without a vehicle as a single mom. They treated me like a joke and used their status to win every solution I would work tirelessly to find. They lied to my insurance company simply because they did not want to take ownership of the malfunction of their engine. That has happened to 100,000s of their engines. There is a class action in the states regarding the exact issue my car had. They refused to give me my damaged engine in the end. I have never been treated so badly. I have never missed a payment and still have 16 months left of payments while the car remains parked and only has a lower block.
