Purchased a Reverse Osmosis water system from Trail Appliances Red Deer a few months ago. It was installed and began to leak. A replacement wasn't available for three weeks, so brand new system was turned off. A replacement unit was installed and began to leak as well. It was replaced but has already caused water damage to my house. The ******* *** has been unresponsive in my attempts to seek resolution. I have filed complaints with Trail Appliances head office but they are unable to help as it is 'Red Deer location's responsibility'. I am considering pursuing legal action as there is no other avenues to help at this point. They took $6,000 from me, installed faulty equipment that damaged my house and now are unresponsive. I feel extremely taken advantage ofBusiness response

The water release has been determined to have been from a manuf defect - a loss report has been submitted to Kinetico on behalf of the customerCustomer response
