This problem is one that took place on November 22. I ordered an extra large double double coffee and some food items from the self-service kiosk, hoping that would eliminate any mistakes with my order, and what I got was an extra large coffee with cream only and no sugar. The food was correct, however. I contacted McDonald's about this, and the manager told me to come to the restaurant for a meal on them just by mentioning the problem and that I spoke to the manager previously. This is discriminatory. Any business CANNOT make the assumption that all people are comfortable coming back to a restaurant where they had a problem with an order and do what is tantamount to begging for food by explaining the whole situation. * **** ****** ****** ******* ******** *** ***** *** ***** **** ** ************ *** **** ***** *** I am not going to go to the restaurant to beg for a free meal. A gift certificate in the amount of $13.19 is the only viable option here.
