I DO NOT RECOMMEND!They were to do the raptor liner on the truck, when coming back to the truck there was scratches all along the side of the truck that were not there prior, there was raptor liner over spray and fish eye.The sales rep **** said that they would get another contracted in to fix the raptor liner as he agreed it looked horrible and that the paint would be fixed. They then said that they are not fixing the damage or the mess that they made on the truck, I strongly suggest you go somewhere else as this place did not do what the customer asked to be done, they did further damage and refused to make it right.The manager ended up yelling at me and said that thats the job that you getThe overall experience was absolutely horrible, they did not make me feel welcome and sat there and belittled me, threatening they were going to call the cops and hold my truck even though I was more than willing to pay the invoice as long as the damage they caused was fixed. They have the worst customer service, no company should allow customers to be yelled at by their manager!

Good afternoon ******,I am sorry to hear about how you feel about your experience. Just like any person or business sometime we make mistakes. We pride ourselves in that if we make a mistake we always try to make it right. In your case we offered an extreme discount and still repainted the small overspray under the fender near the wheel well were it was un seeable but we took care of it. You also didnt like the texture paint spray pattern so we re-sanded and re coated the texture paint for you. We had a hard time with this vehicle after we had to sand down the *** paint job that was done previous to us getting the vehicle. The person (family member or friend) didnt sand before painting blotchy paint and left bubbles of paint all over and do our best to cover the mess from before. We and others who saw the vehicle loved it so much we got new customers from the way it looked. I understand others might feel differently as everyone has different standards. As for scratches you mentioned there were scratches by the gas fill which were there long before you got here from what looks like the gas nozzle when you pumped gas. Now were belittling you is concerned we have a nice security video of you cursing at our staff, placing your husband on speaker phone so he could scream obscenities' at our staff threatening that we don't know what hes capable of calling them nasty names. This was unacceptable and why we placed a formal complaint with the police. We do not tolerate that kind of treatment and is why you are no longer welcome here. The 5 customers that were in my lobby were very un-impressed that is why one of them asked you to leave for abusing our staff. We were kind, never said anything nasty other then pay your bill or leave the vehicle here until you could pay it. Anyhow thanks for your time we hope you find the service you are happy with elsewhere. If anyone would like to see the beautiful pictures of how the truck turned out and would like a quote let us know, we would be happy to serve those customers. Thanks have a great day!
