Contract signed *** ***** start date *** ** ** *** *****. We were told mid-******* **** paid ********** *** **** paid ********** (retained ******* since there were no overhead doors (OH) and there were deficiencies). During the quote phase we were told the door were ******* each.*** ***** **** ******* after being harassed, disrespected and intimidated by a Remuda employee. The employee agreed in writing to resolve any outstanding issues to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. (attached)They attempted to resolve deficiencies *** * *** ****. In doing so they caused damage and created more deficiencies. I can provide more details if needed. I attached a couple photos however some items don't show well in pictures.Between *** * *** *** **** I asked for updates and clarity on how they will address the deficiencies. I just want to be clear so we don't have further issues like outside wall metal being short of the drip trim and below the edge of the ***** trough. Attached the most recent email string. There are other emails in between where we were given various stories on the status of the overhead doors. Happy to include all emails if needed. While there is much more I could say I'm really hoping we can see some action. It has been nearly two months since they have been on site and it seems all they want is to be assured is they get their money.
