A neighbour down the alley has an approach to his garage that was installed by Urban Rubber Paving. We drive by it four or five times a week. It's at least 7 years old and it looks like it was put in just last Thursday. So we called URP to see whether they could do the same for us.From the estimator's visit to the completion of the job the entire process could not have gone more smoothly for us. We gave them flexibility in scheduling the job and they completed it earlier than they had estimated. Completion of contract to payment for the work was all done online.In short: highly recommended.

We love our rubber driveway. Urban Rubber was great to deal with. They communicated everything very well. We have had the driveway over 3 years and it looks great! Lots of people slow down and stare at our driveway. Some have stopped and asked who did it. Our neighbor had their driveway done after they saw ours. We looked at a lot of different companies before deciding on Urban Rubber. Their workmanship was superior to everyone else in our opinion.

It was a pleasure working with Urban Rubber Paving to pave our driveway and sidewalk. They were professional in all aspects of the job from the initial estimate, to communicating with the office, to the crew doing the paving. They showed up on the day and time that they said they would and had the paving done in no time at all. The finished product looks amazing and it is feels nice to walk on. The new rubber driveway looks amazing and Im very happy with Urban Rubber Paving. All my interactions with them were professional and timely. This includes initial request for quote; visit from ***, the gentleman doing the quotes; the office team who helped with admin stuff; the guys who prepped the surface; and of course the crew who installed the new driveway. We had our driveway and sidewalk relaced by Urban Rubber Paving and we would like to say it looks 100% better than our neighbours asphalt ones. The workers were were there on time and had it install in about 6 hours. They were very friendly and were open to answer any question I had for them. The finished product looks amazing. I would recommend this product and this company if you are thinking of replacing your driveway.

The gentleman that came and measured and gave me a quote was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. The boys that came and laid the rubber were very professional, I had my windows open and I could hear them chatting. Super happy to hear absolutely no swearing, they were nice lads. I had used rubber paving on my front porch years ago and it still looks amazing, I have now had my old wooden deck done and so happy I went this route. I checked out for composite decking and that was double the price of the rubber.

We had rubber paving installed by Urban Rubber Paving on our sidewalk, front patio, steps and carport in May 2023.  The process was quite seamless from the very start and took about 3 weeks from our first inquiry to installation. Everyone we encountered at this company has been top notch all the way! They were prompt in answering any questions, no delays in installation and the final invoice was not a penny more than quoted. I cannot say enough good things about the crew who worked so diligently at the installation.  They were downright amazing! And very professional. Cleaned up when they were done leaving nothing but a few stray rubber pieces along the edges for us.  We had an animal walk on it before it dried and they came and promptly repaired it. Can’t even tell where it happened. The end product looks beautiful and fully compliments our house and its surroundings thanks to Lens expert advice. Having watched the installation we are certainly not expecting any problems and given how well we’ve been treated so far, we are certain they will stand behind their 5 year warranty. What better compliment for this company’s product and workmanship than the many people who have stopped to take pictures and ask about the project. This company deserves every single star in their 5 star rating!
