    I had a work truck motor blow, may 31st 2021 . I towed it to supreme diesel, was told the repairs would take estimated 2 weeks once the new motor arrived. Quoted price $14,708.09 I paid a deposit of 5k to get the work started. Once work was completed much later than 2 weeks after motor arrived. ( Ballpark estimate would be 2-3 months ) I drove the truck 300km before the motor once again blew. I've asked supreme diesel for some dates regarding ( they will not answer my questions or return my emails ) Deposit date ? Engine completion date.? Another 10k deposit date? New Motor failure date? New motor arrival date? What were the total hours quoted on this build? Then truck sent back to supreme diesel to have warranty work done. ( The motor failed due to warranty problem ) 8 months later I'm still without a truck and have been paying a truck rental this whole entire time, so I can keep my small business going. The owner of supreme diesel will not take my calls or answer my emails . Front desk employees continue to tell me the truck is in the shop and that the owner will contact me to resolve any issues. But he never calls or returns emails or calls when I reach out. I've sent supreme diesel emails saying that we need to resolve this and I feel I'm being pushed to the back of the bus. I call supreme diesel almost once a week to discuss progress ect. Nobody will help me and I don't have a ton of money to continue paying truck rentals. To resolve this I personally don't think it's fair that I pay more than 4 months rental fees. (Supreme should have to pay aswell) I want my quoted work completed at no extra costs.
