Hello so I dropped my truck off to ****** at Park Performance l,know I had an injector issue. after one week they had the injectors out and another two weeks to have them tested, so I was told its taking time for the guy to test them alright.Then ****** calls me tells me I have three bad injectors and that I need new ones I asked well can they not be cleaned up which I have had injectors in the past cleaned before. ****** insisted I need new one. So he says the price is $2,600 for my six injectors ok I know there Bd 95 pound injectors, I quickly looked online he upsells me plus $1,200 more for them. ok i told him this he says he needs to keep the lights on in the store. Sure whatever order them. So they did new fuel rail lines and fuel filter of course. Valve lash adjustment as well.So total cost is $6,000 dollars steep. ok I come in I said hows the truck the mechanic says its good but needs a little tine to clean it up, ok I have the tuner in the truck I ask ****** order the cable for my smarty touch then you can tune the truck for me to run properly before I pick it up he says yes of course.So now 1 month goes by I dont hear from them now I call once every two *********************** says he needs to put a guy through training to time it ok.Another month goes by, I call text he never replies l, I show up luckily hes not there.I call again and again they say he is not in the store he will call me back I speak to the manager no one get back to me. Its now been since March 25,2022 almost 5 months.Worst place Ive ever been to and I will comment on all social media platforms to every two weeks for a year I hope they loose all there busisness, complete scam Mechanic is great guy his name is ***** I cant speak for anyone else but dont go there

I call park performance as they were recommended by a guy at pro stock performance and a mechanic at ram tough performance. I talked to ******. The job was to install a supercharger on my 99 mustang GT. This ****** enformed me they needed to look at the kit I had and all parts. So I drove from slave lake with the car. All parts I had and the kit. ****** the mechanic ***** both had a look at all parts. They then informed me it would be 3 weeks to get it in to have it installed, he then asked me for my injectiors so they could have them ballenced. I left the injectors with them. And after sitting down with the mechanic and looking up the extra parts I was going to need . I left and told ****** to put together a quote. He ensured me he would and get back to me before the 3 week waighting period. Never heard from him. So after 3 weeks I called him and asked what was happening, he again ensured he would get the quote but it would be a week before he could get the car in. Lots of excuses. I waighted that week. No quote no call. I even sent a few messages to his personal cell number he gave me. So after 5 weeks of this. I traveled to Sherwood park again. 3 hr drive both ways and asked for my injectors. Which he gave me. Not balanced , nothing was done with them eather ! So after 5 weeks with my injector not being done or anything else being done , 2 trips from slave lake and back I have nothing. So I called the general manager. Told him the deal. Asked for the owners ph number which he refused to give. Said he would look into it and call me back. We see !? I would not recommend giving them a wheel ****** to fix the most incompetent place Ive ever seen in my 52 years on this planet. Plus they cost me 2 full days of my time driving back and forth , prob ****** for fuel and 5 weeks waighting for absolutely nothing. Great lip service !!!! This place is a joke. Stay far far away !!!!
