            On October 27 2022 a Jeep Cherokee rented from Sherwood Dodge driven by a woman who lived in the NWT drove into my vehicle. It was determined that I was not at fault. The woman had some convoluted insurance that wasn’t proper. As the Jeep license number * ***** was the property of Sherwood Dodge it was deemed that they be held responsible to refund my $500.00 deductible. My insurance company has tried contacting Sherwood Dodge numerous times but they absolutely refuse to acknowledge and communicate with my insurance company. They are responsible for their vehicle and are are avoiding doing the right and proper thing. They need to reply to my insurance company to resolve this matter

            I buy a truck from Sherwood park dodge at first I enjoy the vehicle but not even 24 hours after driving the truck off the lot it turned into a big nightmare. The main reason Im upset is I had my kids in the truck what if some did happen I was the dealership to be accountable for this unsafe vehicle The brake caliper damaged my rim The truck was unsafe to drive anywhere . I had to use my AMA to tow the truck back which I was inform From ***** the used car manager said that the truck would be brought back to my place in ************* never happened. So I had to found a ride . I wanted my old truck back but **** from financials me it not going to happen. The only thing that did was fix the truck not even a wash really inspect me . I was dealing with general manger which was a waste of time. The only thing I got was free oil change which was a big insult . . I know the dealership can ofter more but sweep everything under the rug

            Good morning, 

            ***** is correct in saying that we sold him a truck that had a mechanical frailer once he purchased the vehicle. Once we were made aware of the situation we fixed it immediately with no headaches or hassle. We also gave him 4 free oil changes and inspections for any inconvenience that he occurred. We did not need to give him anything, but we understand that this was an inconvenience for our customer. There is not much more that we are willing to do other then fixing the problem and compensating him for the inconvenience at no cost to our customer. At this point if ***** has buyers remorse that is his problem to deal with, it does not give him the right to call and belittle our staff and continuing to put up bad reviews on social media.
