Not only did it happen to me it also happened to other people I know.  The 3M you added on to the vehicle which i did not want or confirm brought my purchase price up which I did not want. The wireless charger that was supposed to be part of my package was not included. When I brought it to the salesman's attention he said he would order me a phone case that allowed me charge through the case. I eventually brought it to his attention that I don't think the vehicle has wireless charging and he agreed and said he thought it did and it was only in the 2022 edition.  Brought all of this to your attention, I even asked tho have the 3m coating removed because I didn't agree to it and you refused and suggested I give the car back after waiting so long for it. Now your alternative is to give me 200 towards a wireless charger that was supposed to be included in my package for the 2 k plus that you guys charged me for.  Please make it make sense.  As per the picture I added which is what I agreed on the 3m was part of the price that I would be paying per month. And I said I would think about it. So I was expecting my monthly price to be $625 at $43,645.54 all in or lower not higher.  I feel like if we can't get to a resolution this is going to end up at ****** ******** ***** and amvic  I want my price brought back to 625 please and thank you.

      I placed a deposit to sherwood park toyota on Nov 22 2021 of $1000 to purchase a 2022 Toyota highlander hybrid platinum. On placing the order and giving them the deposit I was told the wait for the vehicle is 6weeks. After not having anyone contact me in that time frame I contacted them back and was told due to the shortage of vehicle parts they were unable to deliver me my vehicle for an unknown time. It has now been well over 1 year and almost a month into 2023 and I still haven't received any vehicle and they still have my deposit. Also when I try and contact my sales representative at sherwood toyota I get no reply to text message. I called the dealership to speak with ***** the sales rep and i was told by the receptionist that he was busy with another customer and will contact me back and never did. I am not happy with the how they've been unable to deliver my vehicle but now ignore me and refuse to let me know any status on my order.

      We got two cars with them and the service being really bad and we went to to the service with them to fix the tiers which was their problem they didn't fix it properly and we have to go so many times to check and they keep telling us it's fine but it was not . When we talk to the service manager they r not willing to accept their fault. It's very much bad. Top of everything the tiers was wasted since we brought the car from the service.i don't understand what's going on.

      Aweful experience with salesman ***** and his manager. Be careful how they make you pay for added accessories, at least $3000-$5000 extra on top of vehicle price. And if you don't agree with their added accessories price, they don't take the factory order by saying that they have other customers who is willing to pay extra money and they are only giving priorities to them. Their excuse to make you pay accessories cost is, that is how they need to run their business now. When we only wanted to place a factory order, the salesman and his manager said, my order request will not be given priority and it will just in their cabinet. Absolutely unprofessional service

      In September 2021 I purchased a 2018 C-HR from Sherwood Park Toyota. On November 9th 2021 the front passenger tire blew out while I was driving home. It was a terrible blow out. I pulled over immediately, evidenced by the fact I did not damage the rim. On November 10th I called Sherwood Park Toyota to see if it was covered. I did not buy any extended tire protection. I had the vehicle less than two months, and the good samaritan who changed the tire noted how it still had a lot of tread and was highly unusual. When I called Sherwood Park I was told it "might" be covered. As I am living in Lloydminster I asked if I could take it to the dealership there and they said they would book me in for an appointment Monday morning. Instead they booked me at their own dealership. ??? They were also unable to tell me what they would be looking for when determining if the tire would be covered or not. Despite me asking about the criteria several times. ***** ** ** ** * *****  After straightening out with Lloydminster *why* my car was there, they determined "there is a cut around the sidewall of the tire. Not sure exactly what happened but I can give a possibility. Tire got a puncture that resulted in losing air. Vehicle was driven with low air that eventually cause to cut all around the side wall (tire caught between rim edge and road). Lucent from Sherwood park advised no coverage." At no time did my low pressure light come on. Despite technician admitting they weren't sure what happened I was denied any coverage and will have to replace the tire on my own. This is not the first bad experience I had with this dealership. It is in fact the third. But it's the first that involved a loss of money.
