    ***** *** ******* ** ** ****** ** ** ** **** *********** I bought an rv from here and it's taken them 4 months to get it ready. I've had to waste money on cabs going back an forth because they couldn't uphold the conditions of the bill of sale. I received the rv in a dirty condition. (No attempt at detailing) I'd like to say thanks to ***** since she was the only person with any knowledge at this dealership otherwise I'd like to give negative stars. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Stay away if you don't want a headache. Picture clearly shows how bad I received it. I spent 5 minutes with some basic cleaner and a brush after it rained to get it to this. Complaints have with been filled with amvic and ***.

    This customer bought a used motorhome that he wanted a quick turn around to use right away. We had 3 days to get this motorhome ready and send out for AMVIC inspection; we did everything we could do to get it to him when he wanted it. We had the motor home ready for him to use and told him to bring it back so we could address any outstanding issues such as: Generator Awning Cleaning - We told him we would detail when he brought it back I am actually surprised that he would report this to AMVIC and Better Business, we got him on the road when he wanted. We went above and beyond to get additional repairs done for him. The generator was not working and unfortunately we had to go through ******* and WAIT for parts. This is very common in every industry when it comes to parts which is not our fault. We called the customer when the generator part was in and fixed it for him. He did have his own generator and we leant him the 30 amp adaptor so he could plug his unit in. We put new awning fabric on for him when he brought back the motorhome AGAIN we could not get this done in the quick turn around time but we did complete this for him when he brought it back. Our shop foreman and myself went out of our way to make sure everything was to his satisfaction. The cab issue? He left his personal vehicle out front of our store for the entire long weekend while he used the motorhome. As I stated I am shocked that he has filed this complaint.
