Excellence in customer service. A truly 24/7 septic service company. Our major septic tank repair was done well, and quickly. This company saved ** from major house damage-went above & beyond to advise & support us over a weekend (company president on site on a Sunday), without any call out charge. If you have a septic system, you need this company on speed dial.

We had a lesser known waste water treatment system (EcoPod) with a broken fan and were unable to get our original supplier out to fix it. I called SepTech and even though they weren't familiar with the system, they came out to inspect it. They researched the system, contacted the company and were able to get all the parts and have it up and running in a short period of time. I don't think it had been working properly for quite a while but they got it going better than ever. They are now familiar with the system and we are on a regular maintenance program which gives me great peace of mind. This is a very professional company and a pleasure to deal with. They obviously know their business very well.

Quite impressed with the level of knowledge and workmanship. Everyone was friendly and answered all our questions. They also followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly and we were satisfied with the work. Everyone was very considerate, and knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure the installation was smooth. I phoned help desk and was referred to a technician in very short time. The only thing that would be super in the onset package is a list of approved products for cleaning.

Great collection company and service. The only thing I would say negative would be they didnt give me notice on their service appointment. Received a email at 10:30am stating they will be there at 2:00pm. Well most people work so I was upset because I had to change my work schedule.
