Myself and My Fiancé were in the market for a new home. We set our eyes on locations outside of the city of Edmonton as that is where we are both from. We spent a lot of time checking out houses on the market and houses that are being built. We noticed a common builder in the communities we had been looking in and that was Dynasty. So we decided to look at the current houses they where building from St. Albert to Morinville and also in Gibbons. After like any new person buying a house does and snoop around new construction sites without asking for help. We noticed a common trend with this builder prior even to speaking with them. The quality of the houses they are building is second to none, The attention to details and uniqueness of the house and floor plans is what sold us. Also starting this was in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and before the issues with lumber. So we started engaging with the builder and that was ***** **********. March of 2021. We knew we had to live in Gibbons so now comes the time to decide the lot and the prices. Being a relatively difficult negotiator and one of those clients that are considered high maintenance we set out on our journey to building our first house. ***** was more then fair on the pricing (I did my price checking lol) I say this as we did some plan changes, found things that where unique to us and he was more then willing to help us put those unique touches on our home. We had dealt with a supply chain that was still difficult to get materials but ***** and his resources made them happen. If something wasn't right in the house ***** dealt with them promptly and with appropriate action. The trades he had working for this builder are second to none, Kind, Take Pride in the work they do. The experience of building with Dynasty is that if your looking for a well built home that isn't going cause you issues.
