I purchased a vehicle from insta auto loans in Edmonton. They stated on the inspection signed by their mechanic that it had 48000 kms which was written by the mechanic on May 10. I received the vehicle on May 19th and it actually had 55000 kms. I contacted insta auto to which they replied they would reimburse me 1000$ for being misled. I had a trade which had an accident on file insta auto was well aware of the accident and I have all texts with them saying they would give me 21800 because of this accident. So I received the vehicle on May 19th and was promised 1000$ on May 25th. On June 5th the GM contacts me and pretty much yells at me.that he didn't know about my accident on the trade in ( I have the phone recordings that he did know) and they wont be giving me 1000$. This is 2 weeks later I ask if my trade in was paid he said no and we won't pay unless you sign new documents. At this point I'm paying for 2 vehicles had my first payment come out for the new one and paid my registration. Not in a financial situation to pay for 2 vehicles. Doug called me 7 times that day to threaten me with not paying my trade and saying if I don't want the truck bring it back ( knowing I had already paid on it and registered it.) oSo isign it and write a review of this company on a Facebook page. The sales manager finds my post and starts replying with my personal information as in my cell number and my banking details. She starts threatening legal action because I wrote a review of my experience and just goes absolutely crazy. I have all the screenshots as well. She calls me stupid posts my phone number what bank I deal with says the owner told her to post it! I have all screenshots of her behvaiour and all the texts and communications with the dealership as well as recorded phone calls. This behvaiour from dealerships has escalated over the years to the point they think it's acceptable to harass customers online because of a honest review of my personal experience.Initial Complaint

I was agreed to finance a vehicle with Sam, who is a sales agent. Upon picking up the car, there was a warning light about the transmission that would come on. when I asked Sam what was that all about, he said “oh, it may have been in a slight fender bender in the past, but it’s ok”…that was in May 2021. As of January 2022, the car would not drive and the warning light changed to the engine or transmission being to hot and would not allow the car to move at all. I have given the car back for Sam to take care of the situation, he got it fixed and is now either wanting me to pay for it or to call thier service department and lie to them about releasing the car. Am I at fault for this? I did let him know he should’ve taken care of the warning light before selling it to me. And now to call and cry and lie for him because he will not pay for it. ****** ***** ***** ***
