ISSUE: A customer pays for a long distance move from one rental to another. Company only moves some of the possessions because they don’t bring a big enough truck, EVEN THOUGH THE COMANY PACKED THE CONTENTS THE DAY PRIOR. Customer is forced to use their own utility trailer (two round trips at a total of 10 driving hours) for moving possessions that should have gone with the company. Company accepts zero responsibility for their logistical errors and falls short of any accountability. BLAMES the customer in the review reply. In Summary: If this happened to someone moving without accommodating landlords, or someone going out of province, it could have been much worse of a situation to be caught up in. ******** This move only costed me $4800 in their expenses, but the issues that I had to deal with as a result of this issue and their own inexperience with long distance moves exceeded $1500
