i ordered a part online from sister company , mobetta bikes. i was sent a tracking email informing of the eta of the package ( in a few days by the end of the day ). i was not informed that i would need to sign a receival confirmation , i was not informed that if i had missed the delivery then i would have to pick it up from wherever the shipping company decides to take it back ! I dont drive and the package weights shipping company attempted delivery around noon , rang the bell once and wasnt there long enough for someone to open the door . nor were they provided my contact phone number by the shipper ! Unfortunately , i decided to call the shipper , horrible decision i made. Tells me that his packages get stolen and that he picks registered shipping , says there is nothing he can do for me and that i would have to call the shipping company to sort it out ! i call the shipping company , they put me on hold for ages ! i call stan back and ask him to call the shipping company to sort this out . says he is out of the office and he will be back tomorrow ! i told him i can wait till then . then he says the dumbest thing you can tell a customer " instead of you sitting down doing nothing all day , why dont you call the shipping company " i could not believe it . it was out of this world. He immediately realizes that my tone of voice changed after i heard that and he hangs up on m halfway through the call ! send me a text a little bit latter and we continue there. please see attachment.
