            On March 21, 2023, BBB contacted the business regarding its online advertisement about the use of testimonials, their sales prices, their use of eco-friendly products and their organization with Tree Canada.

            The ad failed to confirm they have permission to post testimonials, provide a time (expiry) for their special deals, substantiate claims about their eco-friendly products they use, and substantiate documents regarding their affiliation with support to TreeCanada.  The BBB's code of Advertising requires advertisers to be prepared to substantiate such claims. The business did not respond to BBB’s request for revisions and clarification in its advertising.

            Date of purchase from Wooden Goods was December 9th 2022. After 10 days the package was not delivered. There was no communication from them on time frame, so I sent two emails (12/19 and 12/21) asking where in transit my package was. On 12/25/22, I received an email stating that the package was in transit. An extremely long, false looking tracking number said the package was delivered on January 2nd 2023. It was not. I sent an email to them on January 3rd, asking where my package was. I have still not received a reply. I believe that this company is a ****. There is no address for it's headquarters. There is no phone number. The website for the tracking number was an Add and Pop Up full website that seemed very misleading. ********************************************************************* This is the website after clicking my tracking number.
