Having just recently purchased a brand new Fifth Wheel Cougar 355 , I would not recommend this dealership. The whole process has been very unprofessional with many dissapointments and lack of communication,.

Do not buy trailer / RV or 5th wheel from TravelHomein Abbotsford. They will promise you anything to get you buy a trailer. we purchased a 5th wheel. When we picked up trailer TraveHome said all issues will be fixed as it is under warranty. Now they are saying if manufacturer will approve they will fix it. Pay attention to all before you purchase. There are other dealers around who sells much better product. what a waste of money and energy.

****************** is the worst. Service managers change every couple months. They are refusing to help me with a problem a previous manager said they would help with.

Travel home is by far the worst RV dealer in the lower mainland. We had bought a brand new forest river Wildwood, 2021 upon picking it up and driving it within the first four hours window moulding fell out. Contacted the dealership and their service department was told to provide measurements and they would order the new part quickly I did all that sent some pictures and took months to hear back. I called relentlessly trying to get information and was Stonewalled upon further use of the trailer. Other issue started to arise outside metal buckling under pressure.doors, not working, becoming bowed wall panels, falling off and cracking. *** had to deal with these problems close to nine months and counting. I finally just got it back from their other store Fraser Way RV and the repairs theyve done are by far the most disgusting work Ive ever seen. To this day, no one from management will return my phone calls and they refuse to do anything to help a customer get their trailer fixed. I suggest anyone do not buy from Fraser Way RV or travel home. Youll be greatly disappointed.

As 2021 is coming to a close, the worst experience comes to mind ... our HORRIBLE experience with Travelhome RV in Abbotsford! In 2018 we had purchased a 2019 *********** trailer. During the peak of 2021's beautiful summer, enjoyment with trailer at RV site was next to nil. We discovered a major leak from beneath the coffee bar. Unbeknownest to us, had retrieved a paper towel roll and discovered a 2-pak still in its packaging saturated to the core! Proceeded to contact Travelhome with leak issue. Subsequently, trailer was towed to their yard which sat for weeks upon weeks, gave us the run-around when asked about leak assessment/status. Assuming they 'supposedly' investigated source of leak, finally informed us leak coming thru from rooftop and gave us a $10,000 repair quote. Given the run-around and exorbitant repair quote, we had asked to speak with ********* ** President ... was flatly denied! Our second attempt had his assistant ******** ** by "calling the cops if we showed up". What pathetic service!! Also gave us an ultimatum to either sign on the quote or they'll remove trailer within a week. Thoroughly disgusted at this point, we proceeded to contact TraveLAND to tow our trailer the hell out of their yard the very next day. It took TraveLAND only 2 weeks to assess AND repair the source of leak, being on the exterior wall where the shore power plugs is. Rather than having paid out $10,000 for a 2019 trailer roof that ''WAS NOT BROKEN", we paid ONE FIFTH of Travelhome's quote, for complete repairs by TraveLAND. IF, if we had signed on for the roof repair with Travelhome, the exact location of leak would still not be resolved!! Travelhome had repeatedly asked if a tree had fallen on the trailer rooftop ... give us a break! We regret having any association with Travelhome!
