I had an air bag kit installed in my pick up truck at this location, They installed the kit wrong and one of the air bags was making contact with the leaf spring, if i had not noticed this the contact would eventually caused the bag to blow out with possibly grave results as i carry a very large camper. I took it back to get it corrected, they were more interested in excuses than fixing the problem. the mechanic blamed the kit said it was wrong, I knew nothing wrong with kit as I had watched multiple * **** video's on the installation of the kit. I noticed the mechanic was starting to drill one of the mounting brackets, so i grabbed the installation instructions which i doubt were even looked at because he wasn't using them now, and showed him the part about where it says to be careful and not not mix up the mounting brackets, which it turned out that is what exactly that they did. If I was not there and not stopped him they were going to modify the kit some how, that to me is scary it as my truck fully loaded with camper is about 10,000 pounds. A few days after I got it home I noticed one side was lower than the other side I checked pressure it was zero it should have been approx 80 pounds per square inch, it was of course the side that they had installed wrong, before it left it should have been checked for leaks ect but obviously it wasn't. I took it back they were not happy to see me and made it known I was accused of not being able to read tire gauge properly, so the mechanic gets on his ******* and goes under truck for about a minute and then as he is coming out mumble's under his breath that its not ******** leaking, as the pressure line valves are on top of the air bag you cant properly see if the valves are leaking or not from the bottom he was lying and just trying to make me go away. So i took my phone got on the ******* went under the truck and reached up where he couldn't see and sprayed them with soapy water and recorded with my phone, they were leaBusiness response

The customer came in for suggestions regarding options for his truck. Another staff member(who no longer works here) booked in the client for an air bag install. We installed the air bag kit and the customer had several issues with leakage via airlines and fittings. We attempted to deal with the issue several times. As far as the complaint on the issue with the mechanic(that also no longer works here). I can not speak on what happened in regards to what the client says happened or was said. Office was told it was fixed, that there was no leakage via the bags or the airlines. The last time the customer was here, he and I had a conversation that I felt was slightly aggressive on his part, as I had asked him to calm down and stop raising his voice, and he did, so I believe it was both of us to blame in regards to his complaint as I also got slightly defensive. Client was told that I would order new air lines and fittings. When I called the supplier, the supplier said that the client was already there and got his own airlines and fittings at no cost. We did not ever set another appointment date for install so was left at that. In the email received by the customer he requested a refund for the install which was done, when client came in after response to my direct email to receive refund all went well. There was no issues at that point we were both respectful and agreed that the issues was rectified as per his request. I can only apologize for what he believes to be an issue on my part, and I did so when he came in for refund. I will apologize again to *****.
