I paid thousands of dollars for learning to drive a truck lessons. I was told that I was ready for icbc test. However during the test I was asked to things that I never got trained. I am a pilot flying aeroplanes. When I failed the first test I was told to take a complementary training. In the complementary training I was told things needed for the road test that was NEVER taught prior to the road test. I was also told that its normal to fail the teat a few times before one passed the road test. I had to pay $500 plus $40 for icbc. I am a CANADA SCHOLAR have letter from Prime Minister congratulating. I spoke to the authorized lady at Valley drivers school and she promised to look into the matter. I still am waiting for the refund of $540 from them.

Hello ******, We guarantee our training. After your unsuccessful road test in Jan 2023 you were provided with a $600 lesson (4hrs) at no charge. We worked with you during that complimentary lesson to correct the gaps in training you identified, ensuring you successfully passed your road test at the beginning of Feb 2023. As you have already been compensated $600 based on our satisfaction guarantee, and have obtained your class 1 licence by successfully passed the road test, further compensation will not be given.

I just completed the motorcycle training course with Valley Driving School *******. The entire experience was fantastic! The course material, the instructors (***, **** and *****) and the bikes were great. I passed my MSA and Road Test on my first attempt and would highly recommend Valley to anyone looking to get their motorcycle license or brush up on their skills. So much of what we learned would be tough to pickup on your own, so i am thankful i took the course.

Valley Driving School came highly recommended by a friend of mine, and will always be highly recommended by me. I aced the classroom portion, but was very nervous and uncertain behind the wheel during my in cab instruction classes. I don't think I was quite prepared for how unnerving driving a loaded rig through congested cities during rush hour, or down winding mountain roads was going to be and my instructors all sensed my nervousness and were amazing at trying to calm and reassure me.Everyone I encountered during my MELT programme treated me and every other student I saw with complete respect (and there were a couple of students that in my opinion might not have deserved it), exhibited a LOT of patience, and could not have been more supportive. I told my wife two weeks before my road test that I was feeling 50/50 about my chances of passing on my first attempt, and my instructors worked HARD to support me and get me to believe in myself and despite having a terrible night's sleep the night before, having horrible indigestion the morning of, and feeling because of my exhaustion and angst that I was close to having an anxiety attack on the drive in to my road test lol, I passed it on my first attempt. These people are AWESOME!!!! Also, unlike what the one star review guy indicated - they were super flexible with me and my schedule and even rescheduled a couple of my classes so that I could attend my annual four day golf trip with my friends. If I could give them more than five starts I would!!

I had a great time getting ready for my N-test with Brad! He was super lovely, really relaxed and taught me a lot, I did in fact pass all thanks to Brad. The school also made it very easy to navigate things and very simple.

A different Truck for Class * Road Test!! Please do not waste your time and money. Javed was my instructor and I did request to change the instructor and the school refused. I did ask Javed to teach me double clutch and he did refuse, *********** me that he would not continue the lessons. It is very uncomfortable to learn while Javed stopped the truck in the middle of the surrey busy traffic to speak loudly. Javed did not prepare the truck that I did train on for 46 hours and the school insisted to let me have the test on a different Truck Brand and Transmission. The truck was missing DEF!! When you have a road test you are already anxious!! to have a different truck increased my anxiety. The branch Manager called after to blame me!!! she said you would fail on any truck!!! Why the school never told me I was not qualified for the test!!! I do have the evaluation reports never mentioned this or even suggested to have the test on Automatic. Because ****** was involved the school agreed to give me 10 hours only in Abbotsford which is 70 KM from where I do live. 10 Hours for a whole different route and truck is not enough. I did request to have my second attempt on Automatic the school refused. Valley School Driving did not advise or even care ******* **** ****** ** ** **** ** ******* ** **** *** **** **** ****** ***** Valley Driving School in Surrey does not care.

Hello ****, It is not mandatory to double clutch on a road test and an instructor may recommend or teach an alternate way of shifting based on the student's ability to successfully shift the truck. The truck you learned on at our Surrey location is the same truck that was used for your first unsuccessful road test attempt. I can see you've had lessons with Instructor Javed, Colin, Frank and Dave, so you did have different instructors aside from Javed and the majority of your lessons were conducted in the same truck you road tested on. In order to accommodate you for more training and another road test before the **** deadline, your training was moved to our Abbotsford location , as that office had availability for lessons and a road test prior to the **** deadline. As your training and road test was moved to Abbotsford, the vehicle you were learning on changed, as we have different trucks that belong to different locations. Your second unsuccessful road test in Abbotsford was conducted in the same truck all your Abbotsford lessons were completed in. The multiple dangerous actions and regulatory infractions that were noted by **** on your unsuccessful second road test attempt would not have been due to a change in trucks. ***** * Automatic truck availability is extremely limited as other students have been prescheduled for their class * automatic training so that is why your request to switch to auto may not have been possible. As mentioned in the other negative reviews you have posted online, you can contact us at ************ to discuss your class * options leading up to and after the upcoming **** deadline. - Melissa

Hello *******, I had training with Javed for 42 hours for two months only easy floating. Unit/Truck *** ********t for 46 hours (13 Shifts). I had to take the road test on unit *** ******** (18 shifts). Is it ok for Valley to surprise the student to have the road test on a different truck?!! If it is fine why Surrey office offered free 10 hours in Abbotsford which the hours were not enough as it was unit ** ******** 13 shifts?!! If I was not ready for the first road test why the instructor never asked for postponed or more training or to have the test on Automatic??!! None of these are mentioned in the evaluation reports. I did request from Surrey office to replace Javed and the office refused. Here is the summary of Hours and the instructor name: Javed: 42 hours, insisted to teach only one method easy floating (Surrey). Sarabjeet 4 hours (Surrey) Collin 4 hours, Double Clutch for 4 hours only. (Surrey) Dave 2 hours(Abbotsford). Frank 8 hours, only him suggested having the second attempt on Automatic. I did call the phone number you left and I left my contact no. ************ but no call back from your end. Kindly contact me. Thank you, ****
