Despite my genuine interest in clarifying billing details and ensuring a smooth transition, ****'s responses were consistently unhelpful and lacked the professionalism one would expect from a customer service representative.The final straw came when I sought confirmation that my credit card wouldn't be charged beyond the end of the month. Instead of providing a clear answer, **** directed me to review previous emails, displaying a lack of accountability and a disregard for customer concerns.In conclusion, my experience with Pioneer Disposal, particularly with ****'s customer service, has been nothing short of appalling. The unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request and the confrontational tone in our email exchanges have left me with a negative impression. Given the abundance of garbage disposal options in the area, I would strongly advise against choosing Pioneer Disposal for their lackluster customer service.
