      From 2023 to Present! After this everything went downhill. I asked why *** was removed and they claimed that he was doing work that was not approved whic was a *** because all work was approved by ***************, the owner as he was on all the calls.They said that they were programming my website using *** ********, which i later found out that that was also a ***.Work that was supposed to be *************************************** great lost and damages to my buisness.I was awarded a CDAP ***** and they were aware of all the qualifications and deadlines, long story short they made me lose the *****. CDAP later found out that they are not a registered **************** at all.***** paid upfront specifically related to the ***** was asked to be returned to me and they tried their best to hold on to that money until i made a claim to **** and i was able to get that money back($2,400).Their lack of communications and their willingness to quickly *** and ******* about their pronmises etc led me to become very upset.I was being disrespected at all levels since Jai was removed. Everything that *** had promised that would be done, they tried to deny. It was a total nightmare.They held my website for over a year and I could not use it. I paid for hosting for a full year and they ended up shutting down my wedsite and is illegally accessing all my emails without my knowledge or notifying **** hired a new tech team and when my team reached out to them, they admitted that they shut me down and was therefore holding the site hostage unless they were paid $1,000. They initially told me that their hosting was with ******* and again come to find out that this was also a ***. * ********** *** **** *** ** *** **** **** **** **** ** ********* ********** **** **** ***** ***** ** ***** ** ********** ***** ********** **********.The site was never done in *** ******** and my team told me to call them out and when i started doing that, the relationship i had with them was damaged.

      Hi,

      First of all nobody works for free. Customer(* ******** was quoted $3475.00 CAD for an Ecommerce Website out of which he paid $1736.00(In 2 installments) ***** the next payment of $2400.00 which he disputed right after finishing the website. Out of the 2nd payment of $2400.00 we should have got $1739.00 CAD which was due for completing his website. He forced us to take payment from Canadian grants ***** return back the money to him so that he can use the money himself. He never informed us before starting the work that the payment will only be made through grant ***** we have to return him the balance which we receive from grants. We lost our payment system just because of his chargebacks wherein we informed him multiple times that out of $2400.00 we will keep our payments which was due ***** the rest will be refunded to him but he simply does not want to pay anything ***** wants the website for $1736.00 CAD where the contract was of $3475.00 CAD.

      About the website it was done on Laravel ***** he does not have anyone who can manage it at his end since we have given him the technical handover without even getting the full payment. We informed him that after we give technical handover ***** access we are no longer responsible for any changes or damages done to the website. ****** changes his scope of work every single day ***** threatens us to comply with it stating that he will complain about us to authorities. Every company freezes the scope of work so that the milestones can be achieved. ** **** *** ******** **** ****** ******* **** *** **** ******** ** * ***** ***** ** *** * ******** ******** ******* **** **** ** *** ***** ***********************************************************************************************************************************
      We did not do anything with his hosting since he paid for a year but his technical team changed the domain provider ***** they think that the website will work the same. They are even incompetent to change A records, C Name, MX records ***** TXT records on the new domain provider to get the site live.

      Advice to * *******: ***** money, get somebody who is technically sound ***** get the job done. You can't get everything for free ***** by threating somebody.

      I would like you to request from them emails and text messages stating that they knew nothing about **** and that the $2,400 was strictly for the further improvement of said site. * *** **** ***** **** * *** ******** **** **** *** ** ***** **** *** ******* ***** ****** * ******** **** ** ******* **** only wants to work with Canadian Businesses and it was when I was demanding proof of corporations in ******, they said they only shown an address but they dont have any registered business in ******. ***** **** ***** **** ** ****** ** ******* ******* ***** *** ******** **** * *** ****** ** ***** ***** The ***** was then denied and this is why I demanded my $2,400 back as it was strictly for the upfront payment of the **** *****, which you must pay upfront and then prove the payment and then **** refunds you. 
      The website was never completed and was inoperable. *** requested on several occasions videos of them testing the website proving to me that it worksnever received any.

      Bottom line is this company should not be soliciting any business opportunities from ****** because they are not who they present themselves to be. They will not benefit any Canadian citizens whatsoever due to their lack of professionalism, communication and their quick willingness to cancel you and your project simply because they are in ***** and think that they have the power to ***** anyone over without consequences. 

      Since they made these claims I am requesting all supporting documents stating that I didnt not want to pay them, that I took money from **** for myself, that they built the website on parable etc.

      I have many many texts proving that they are the ones decided to walk away from the project because they knew they were trying to s**** me over and they got upset when they found out that it wasnt working and they offered in writing to forego the last payment and left the project stranded. 

      A company like **** is not going to reward me my money back without an in-depth investigation of which they did and I was awarded my money back after months of asking Convirzon for my money back. ****** *** **** ************* **** ***** ** **** *** **** **** ******* **** **** *** ****** ****  

      Now they are caught in their own **** and ********* because they cannot prove any of the above claims. 

      Since they made these claims I urgently request texts and emails to support them and if they cant and I can then you will now have your conclusion BBB ***** ****** ** ***** ***** ******** ********* *** **** ** ****************

      I received a call from them yesterday May 22nd and it was like always, spewing blame and not ever taking accountability or responsibility for their actions. I wasnt even given the opportunity to speak once and so I hung up after many many requests for me to speak. I said that to say this, the BBB will have to make a decision because its clear that they do not have the capability to have a professional conversation and frankly I am  it here to waste my time.

      Hi All,

      Please see below our explanations. Not sure how we went wrong, if by any case we are wrong then the client will not get anyone in this world who can do an e-commerce website the way he wanted & with the agreed price. As we all are aware, maintaining an e-commerce website involves ongoing updates and adjustments to keep up with the ever-evolving digital landscape and business needs but the c***nt keeps adding new change request & does not even want to pay for the website forget about the change request or maintenance.

      1) No one works for free. After the website was live he took the money back. Abused our team members & threatened us multiple times so that we keep working on his change request without any payments.

      2) Hosting was for a year & we have given him the c-panel details which means he can control his website himself. His IT team changed the domain provider without changing the A, MX, TXT & C Name records which is why his website went down & he blames us for that. Please get a competent team & get your site live. The client ********* promised us earlier that once we give him the website & C-Panel access we no longer held responsible for any damages on the site because with c-panel anyone can change the settings. The hosting is still active & he can make his website live provided that his team knows how to do it.

      3) His IT team contacted us & stated that they are not aware of the steps to make the site live & needed our help. Not sure what IT team he has who does not even know how to change the domain. We will not spend any manhours without any payments. Either he pays us the remaining amount or he has the c-panel get a team & fix it since we have not changed the domain provider, The client or his IT team did it.

      4) Regarding Canadian business, we have so many clients across all professions & never had anyone who takes the money back after finishing the job. Client does not have any idea about website platforms or how it is built & he does not want to pay for the services as well. We do not want to know where & how the client is paying us, all what we know is do the job & get the payments.

      5) When it comes to sharing a link where it says about the Fraud from music industry. We got a call a month back wherein a guy asked us **** Sound's Owner's name, number & address since our company's name was mentioned on his website.

      You guys made very bold claims that I wanted my site built for free etc etc.

      I requested proof to support all your claims but of course since you have none, the allow me to show my proof supporting my claim of *********, ***s and unprofessionalism. 

      ***** never remember their own ***s and often will change their own concocted ***s each and every time.

      Well here are just some of the texts exchanges made. Now please explain to the BBB again about who didnt want to pay.

      You stated a guy called you and requested personal information from me. I have a private and confidential contract with your company and you decided to give information to a guy. 

      I would like to know who a guy is/was, what information did you illegally give and please give us date/time of said occurrence.

      Again, I am requesting proof supporting your arguments and claimsno need to keep regurgitating your same old ***s.

      I was told by my team that you admitted to ******* the website because I didnt pay you and that for us the get the site back, it will cost $1,000.

      Proof please! You never completed a working site and I have more proof of this. You never submitted to me a promised instructional video, changes on the site was never done as said changes was already discussed previously to ***, ***** and you Ajit.

      I gave you 4 references of websites that I wanted and your team never reviewed them and this was according to *****. *** made and agreed to everything I needed done to the site and it was when you decided to remove him from the project, everything went sour.

      You, **** later confessed and apologized for placing me with your very volatile and rude employee, *****. You went on to tell me that you have had many many complaints from clients about dealing with ***** & knowing this you had him managing my already delayed project. Please deny this as well so that I have a reason to send more proofs to BBB.

      I have no site, I have lost tons of business and suffered great damages.

      I am petitioning the BBB to make a strong decision that will have Convirzon website banned from doing business in ****** as well as to return all my money paid to them for the first payment and also cost for hosting and a payment gateway that was never used due to them not completing my site in the timeframe as per their contract.

      Screenshot 1: Where the c***nt confirmed that website is completed apart from review section.

      Screenshot 2: Which shows that the domain was moved to godaddy from namecheap on April after which the website went down. It is not convirzon who put the website down it is his IT team who knows nothing about how to switch/migrate domain or back up files.

      Please check your screenshots, we clearly told you that after handing over the website we are not responsible for your website. Just get somebody who knows php & *******, switch the ** & update the records. You keep your website.
