I had Botox once at the one skin clinic. 1. I bought 100 units of Botox in February 2022 (the one skin clinic told me on ****** that it was March, I cant remember exactly whether it was two months or March), and asked if there is a time limit for botox injections, The store staff told me that there is no time limit. The most important thing is that I paid cash, $800, but the one skin clinic did not give me a receipt. 2. According to the one skin clinic, the injector injected 80 units, ((the one skin clinic did not disassemble and draw the medicine in front of me before the injection)) I dont know if there is a real 80 unit injection My masseter muscle. And the doctor's **** was shaking very much during the injection, but the doctor's **** did not shake abnormally when injecting botulinum toxin in other clinics before. (The one skin clinic explained that shaking ****s during injection is to relieve pain for customers) This is the first time I heard this statement. So far there are 20 units left in the one skin clinic. 3. About one to two weeks after the injection, I reported to the one skin clinic that the botulinum toxin injection had no effect. And I went to the clinic right away, and they also took comparison photos that day. However, the photos before and after the injection were not in the same proportion. They shrunk down the photos after the injection to give me a comparison picture, and there was no difference between the photos before and after the injection. And they made me wait and told me that ***** would have better results in about a month to two months, so I believed them and went home. But after several months, I found that there was no effect at all. 4. The one skin clinic never followed up with my injection follow-up. 5. I didn't understand that I could make a complaint, so I took it as a dumb loss. Just yesterday, January 18, 2023, I was chatting with a friend, and she told me that the botox injections she received in other clinics are very effective, and the face and shoulders have good results. I remembered that the botox I injected at the one skin clinic didn't work. My friend told me that I can defend my rights. That's why I'm starting my road to rights protection now. 6. I wrote a ****** review to the one skin clinic. After I finished writing, I sent a ****** to the one skin clinic to make an appointment for the remaining 20 units. At the same time, I received the one skin clinic telling me that I had received my ****** review. Ask me how to solve it, I told the one skin clinic that 80 units of Botox need to be re-injected, and I have to watch them open Botox and pump Botox with needles throughout the whole process. To have the effect Botox should have on my face. They said they would reply to me the next day, which is the 19th, but today they took me too long and refused to deal with it. they only can refund me the remaining 20 units totaling $160, and return it to me in the form of emt, and they don't want to give me injections. 7. I mentioned to the one skin clinic that they didnt give me a receipt in 2022. On January 19, 2023, they made up a receipt for me through ******, and I only paid $800, but the receipt was $850. It doesn't match the truth.8. Because the injection has no effect! I don't accept the way the one skin clinic treated me. The result I asked for 1 was either to re-do 80 units of Botox in front of me, and the whole time I had to watch them open the Botox and pump that much metered Botox with the needle. or refund me 800 CAD .
