After the repair, I discovered that the old motherboard had been put back in the refrigerator without informing me, instead of being replaced with a new one as previously discussed. When I contacted him about this issue, he did not admit it until I mentioned that I had surveillance in my house.Additionally, I was charged for a new motherboard and extra spare parts, which were unnecessary. It appears there was a misjudgment regarding the motherboard issue, as he initially suggested that I order a new motherboard without it being needed.Given these circumstances, I believe a refund for the new motherboard and any unnecessary spare parts is appropriate.*************** provided invoices for the * motherboard and the panel totaling $784.83. He said the maintenance cost was $380 before, so I should pay him $1164.83 in total, but he charged me$1485.95. (two online transfers and $200 cash). Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the pricing of the parts used in the repair. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the price he charged me for the parts was far higher than the selling price available subzero company. It appears that I have been significantly overcharged for these parts, and I am troubled by the lack of transparency regarding the pricing process. So I asked him to provide the detailed expense documents of the remaining $321.12, the receipt of his service charge for repairing the refrigerator, and the certificate of his maintenance qualification, but he refused.Yesterday, he came to my house trying to replace the old motherboard and destroy the evidence, and I was scared, and I didn't let him in. Furthermore, I am requesting a refund for the service, as the refrigerator remains unfixed, and he have refused to complete the work as agreed. Despite my repeated requests for a receipt for the service provided and clarification on the pricing, he have not provided the requested documentation.
