    On February 5, 2024, I placed an online order with MyLens.ca for contact lenses. Order #*****. The full purchase amount was CAD $168.93 which was fully charged to my credit card at the time that I placed the online order. The expected shipping time was 2-7 business days, and the order confirmation noted that I would be advised by email when the product was shipped. By February 11th, I still did not receive any shipping confirmations emails, so I followed up with the company for a status update. On February 12th, I was advised by their *************************** that the product would be received in their warehouse by Thursday, February 15th and would then be shipped to me on a priority shipping basis. By February 20th, I still did not receive any shipping confirmation emails, so I sent a follow up to the company by email. As of February 23rd, the company still has not replied. Additionally, phone calls to their customer support line ***************) are not being answered. I am very concerned that I may have been scammed. I am seeking either:1)Delivery of the product that I ordered, or 2)Immediate refund.

    Ordered contacts for the first time from this company. Received & tried to wear but one box of lenses were defective & tore apart every week even though they were monthly wear. Finally got a complaint # after a few emails, sent them pics & info & then nothing for months. Finally a response from someone who said they were looking into it & again sent more pics and info-pics of faulty box etc & no response. Have sent multiple emails & no customer service! Never again- this has been going on for six months with no resolution!
