      I have placed my order on June 15, 2024 My debit card was charged almost immediately after the order was placed I received a confirmation email the same day, a few minutes after the order, that said that when the prder is processed i will receive a shipping email with tracking number in it I have yet to receive any emails from this website I have tried emailing and calling and so far no answer

      Ordered two sets of contacts for each eye.Had to return/exchange one order due to my mistake. Paid the extra $15.95 to exchange for the proper prescription.Received the package back with the same wrong contacts. I sent an email and ****** responded back that it was the fault of the postal system and they said to send them back. Still have not received my correct order, I have left multiple voicemail messages as well as emails asking for someone to respond back.When you open the website it is like this company does not exist anymore.

      Placed a MyLens online order June 14th 2024, order # ***** for $166.98 my credit card was charged the full amount at that time. I received a confirmation email at that time saying my order would be shipped in 2-7 business days via ****** Post. By June 22nd I had received no tracking/shipping info & contacted MyLens through their website asking for shipping info. Received no response by June 24th then sent several emails and phone messages over a couple days stating as it appeared they were unable to supply the lenses I had paid for I wanted my order cancelled and my credit card refunded. I have received no response.

      On February 5, 2024, I placed an online order with MyLens.ca for contact lenses. Order #*****. The full purchase amount was CAD $168.93 which was fully charged to my credit card at the time that I placed the online order. The expected shipping time was 2-7 business days, and the order confirmation noted that I would be advised by email when the product was shipped. By February 11th, I still did not receive any shipping confirmations emails, so I followed up with the company for a status update. On February 12th, I was advised by their *************************** that the product would be received in their warehouse by Thursday, February 15th and would then be shipped to me on a priority shipping basis. By February 20th, I still did not receive any shipping confirmation emails, so I sent a follow up to the company by email. As of February 23rd, the company still has not replied. Additionally, phone calls to their customer support line ***************) are not being answered. I am very concerned that I may have been scammed. I am seeking either:1)Delivery of the product that I ordered, or 2)Immediate refund.

      I bought contact lens from this company and paid for overnight shipping. I contacted customer service prior to placing the order who advised me that it would be delivered sometime on Saturday with overnight shipping. I paid about $30 extra for overnight shipping as I needed my order asap. The company selected overnight but standard which took about 3 days of delivery. When I saw the estimated arrival, I called ****** they said its the company who selected this delivery option that there is an option for Saturday but it was not selected and that they can't change it. I received the order on Tuesday, I tried contacting the company on live chat, phone, email to return the order and never got a response. They advertise that returns can be done within 60 days but never respond the customer to initiate the return. I want a refund and to return their item since I was ******* out of $30.
