In April 2021 I ordered a gazebo from Westview Manufacturing making a down payment of $2250. invoice #****** dated April 8. i made this payment on my credit card. The agreement that we received from them gave us a delivery date of June 15. We continued to get excuses every time we questioned the delay. in October we filed a dispute with our credit card company challenging the down payment. They in turn contacted Westview, who now claims that their policy states no refund will be made on pre-orders. i believe they failed to honor their commitment of delivery of a gazebo and should honor our request for a refund. They are standing firm and will not return our money. I know the invoice said sale is final, no refunds but we have never received the Gazebo. On November 2 we received a voice message telling us we could cancel because we still had not received Gazebo and our credit card company called them so we canceled the order thinking we would get our deposit back. They never said on the voice message that they would not return our money. I have many emails back and forth with excuses why we have not received the order. They have not be honest or truthful from the begging. On one letter from my credit card company I stated that they did not need to send a check because the company give us credit, I was mistaken they did not give us credit. My credit card company contacted them but they never responded to them.
