***** 19 2024 was date of service but taken from my bank account ***** ******* $441.00 I went in for hair services I requested my roots to be coloured and highlights in copper. Copper and blonde do not look the same. I spent several hours in the salon having my hair bleached and dyed I walked out with bright red hot roots which did not match my hair colour and blonde highlights that are not the copper I requested I did not get what I asked for and went in for them to fix it only for them to cover my whole head in one single colour of hair dye, that I was told would solve the red roots she then proceeded to cover the hair that was bleached and the rest of my hair in one single colour and now my hair is a single colour and I never asked to have my full hair dyed in the first place it looks like I have not had a professional salon visit at all .This is extremely upsetting as this is something I dont do for myself often. After them trying to fix it I was very unhappy and tried speaking with the manager She said I could go back in pay to have this fixed and this is extremely insulting since I was already there twice and each time they failed to give the service I went in for I think to be told I would need to pay yet again is extremely unpractical furthermore my hair is in no state to have bleached to try again after being there twice in a week my hair is feeling extremely brittle. I dont know what kind of professional salon would cover freshly bleached hair with hair dye. The stylist also did not seem to know about the colour wheel which is one of the first basic things that are taught in hair school. The level of professionalism I was met with when speaking to the salon owner and also fellow stylist was disgusting and the lack of customer service was appalling. The fact it would be expected to pay more money for a service not provided in the first place is disgusting.Business response

We regret to learn about the recent encounter you had at our Salon. The stylist who performed the work did have a consultation with you for what highlights, colours, and the prices you would be expecting before doing anything because we know this service would be a long and expensive service. You left the salon the first time happy with the results and it is reasonable to have second thoughts once you left and went home and looked at the results in more details. You came back the second time and our stylist worked hard trying to get the results you desire. You left the salon a second time and was also happy with the results. Also, its reasonable again to have doubts once you got home but if you wish to get it fixed, we need to charge a service fee. We understand that beauty is the eyes of the beholder, and that misunderstanding can sometime arise. If its a misunderstanding, then we can fix this issue with detail communication. We look forward to your feedback so we can resolve this issue.
