I paid hundreds of dollars for personal training I could not use due to COVID lockdowns then I had ******* reasons now that prevented me from using them. I moved away from that location permanently so cannot use at all now. I recall in my membership contract that both of these are reasons to cancel a membership however when I contacf them they either don’t respond or tell me they will refund me and I dont get contacted. its been 4 months of me reaching out multiple timesCustomer response

other than following up by email today, I had direct contact on Nov 19th 2021 over phone call. Where the gym manager told me another manager will reach out about refunding meBusiness response

I have been participating in the gym's Personal Training program since February 2021. Due to recent job relocation, incompatibility with the personal trainer's schedule, additional health issues of my own, I notified the gym's program coordinator last week in writing to cancel my training program. Unfortunately, I have not been given any response in spite of repeat contact over the last 10 days. This month I have given notice to the personal trainer, given written cancellation to the program coordinator on top of sending a follow up e-mail, but no written response on what will happen next. I have been a member of the gym for a year now, so not getting a response is truly unfortunate. It should be noted that this wasn't an isolated incident. Last August I also had to contact the Personal Training program repeatedly to cancel its cardio-training class. I just wish to have a written notification by e-mail confirming the Personal Training cancellation before next week, which the next billing would incur.Business response
