Tohid from HEATCO replaced our Hot Water Tank today. All I can say is it was professional and stellar service. From the moment I called to get a price quote a week ago, to the moment Tohid installed and cleaned up, I can say that they were very upfront and honest and their work was competitive and performed in a timely manner. Theo is wonderful, he helped us inspect our old furnace and replace the old parts and even showed us how to work the parts (e.g. turn on and off) when we are away or in case of emergencies. He used some of his own materials to add to our fireplace and even showed us which thermostat is good for our basic needs. Very helpful and patient given his busy schedule. We are very happy we got Theo, he returns all our phone calls and even gives us advice on how to do certain things on our own. Really happy with HeatCo's team and service.
