      The furniture is beautiful. Well made and looks well made. The fireplace looks amazing and works amazing. I am very happy with Cymax and this beautiful piece of furniture.

      I'm very upset my Son order me some furniture been going through this for a month now and nothing is being done Im going to write a letter to the *** MY SON bought me a Leather Couch and Love seat Recliners man den and is Defective from the Manufacturer I refuse to accept broke down furniture paid alot of money been emailing with everyone in **************** nothing is getting done, If I don't get this done or replaced or refunded I'm taking this further because I know there is a chain of command and Im going to the top

      **** ******* ******* ** ** * **** ** *** ** * *** ***** I ordered a $1200 recliner from them through one of several of their storefronts called HomeSquare on 5/10/23. I finally cancelled and was refunded 10/25, five and a half months later. During that time they sent emails three times saying it had shipped and status would say in transit, then when the end of the large delivery windows would come I would reach out and it turns out each time it never had shipped to being with and they would tell me oh actually it will ship for real on whatever date.So after five and half months of this they finally said actually we really don't know when it might ship and that was when I had enough. They never send any notice or communication from their side of any delay or anything, only respond if you remember to ask and their support email doesn't work, you can not respond unless you change the address when you send or it just goes nowhere, and I had to figure this out myself.** *** ** * *** **** ***** **** ** **** **** **** ****** *** ******** **** ***** **** *** **** *** ***** ** ****** *** ******* ** **** ****** *** *** ** ****** *** **** **** ******** ****** *** *********** The proof of this is that the whole time for the entire nearly six month period their website still showed the recliner as in stock and was accepting orders and they kept it that way after I pointed it out to them. ** *** ** *********

      I ordered a sofa from this company (under the name of Bush Furniture) on October 29, 2023. The order confirmation said the sofa would be delivered between Nov. 8 and Nov. 14. It is now Nov. 20, and I have yet to receive ANY communications from them, whatever. So I called this morning and inquired about this issue. Turns out they have no reason why this order has still not shipped. Gee, thanks for (not) solving this mystery for me ! I cancelled the order. * **** ** **** ** ***** ** *********** *******

      I bought two night tables from them and they were super nice through out the process until I got the delivery. I felt one table is minor damaged from the corner and they sent me replacement right away without any extra charges. Highly recommended. Nice product. Great customer service. Will definitely buy in future.

      DVD cabinet/wall media storage rack we purchased arrived when stated and in excellent condition. Instructions were easy to follow with helpful diagrams. Cymax kept us updated on the status of order, even following up after delivery. Highly recommend this company.
