-Date of transaction is July 20, 2021 -amount paid in full is $1365.00 by **** on July 20, 2021 for invoice # **** -They committed to provide: hyrdroseeding of my backyard approx 12,000 sq ft and their package included: *free bag of seed *free follow up fertilizing *free over seeding as required -I am disputing that they REFUSE to come back to provide the over seeding as required in a few areas where the grass is bare and/or patchy -tried calling several times and left several messages for Fred the owner; Finally spoke with Sam (employee) who was rude, and refused to come back and hung up the phone; also spoke with the owner Fred who was also extremely rude and refused to come back. Fred said that he has been in business for 38 years and knows better than the customer so they will not be returning. Fred claims they did a good job and will not return.Business response

Hi ****,The service we offer is to hydroseed the customers site. This includes the hydro seeding application, a care sheet on how to look after your newly hydro seeded lawn, a 5 lb bag of grass seed for touch ups as needed and one free followup fertilizing and over seeding.Not only did we do our part of the job we returned and did an extra overseeding and fertilizing at no charge to the customer, this is usually a $100 service.No where on our website does it state that we will offer a lifetime of free touch ups.The issue on this job is the improper watering provided by the customer. Even though he has inground sprinklers they may have missed areas, which is most likely along the fence and that the sprinkler moved the hydro seeding from being not adjusted properly. This was explained to the customer.This customer sweared and yelled at my employee and that is total unacceptable.I will send you pictures of this job to show that we did our job.
