    Very unethical business. Without providing any legal advice or consultation, they charged me for a consultation of $252, even though was their lawyer who told me that she didn't have the time to take over my case. I even told them that I didn't want to be charged for a consultation that didn't happen because it was the lawyer who said she wasn't able to take over my case because she didn't have time until 2 months later. I needed to have the case moving in the next few days. They ended up charging me for a "legal consultation" that never happen. Be careful with this firm, they take your money unethically earned and lie on your face saying that they gave you legal advice. They didn't provide me with any proof of legal advice given. I wouldn't recommend this firm, they will charge you without giving the service.

    Hello ****, Our records show that you met with our lawyers twice over the past several years - the first consultation (December 2018) was free; the second consultation (August 2021) was charged at a discounted rate. We were sorry to learn that that you found the paid consultation was not to your satisfaction. Seven weeks had passed since your "unsatisfactory" consultation, but in the interest of good client service, a third consultation was booked for you (at no cost), with a different lawyer in our office. Later, you contacted our office to cancel the meeting and to demand a refund. When we refused because services had been provided to you, you left this review ** ***********. Moreover, the manner in which you spoke to our Client Services Manager was very alarming; she warned you numerous times that your verbal ***** would not be tolerated and finally, had no choice but to hang up the phone. Clearly, you felt that this office was a good fit for you since you returned to us on two occasions. Interesting that you found the free consultation was productive but the paid consultation was not. Ultimately, services were rendered to you and a refund is not appropriate. We wish you the best of luck in your further matters.
