Flat Rate Relocation Inc. helped us move from Richmond B.C. to Edmonton on 2nd October. We had our furniture stored for one month before delivery to Edmonton. Both the move-out and move-in were excellent. Every move was on time, the movers are very professional and very careful with our glass furnitures. I worked with Flat Rate Relocation for my cross border move from Vancouver BC to Seattle WA for my junior one bedroom apartment. I was working with Leo to set up the paper work and block dates and Leo was very responsive despite my short timelines in a busy season. All my questions were promptly answered and Leo was very accommodating of some back and forth on the moving date. The day of the move was in the middle of heat wave. Jason and team were there promptly and got to work immediately. They had meticulously packed everything and I found all things in perfect condition. While moving they used sufficient moving blankets to protect my furniture as well as the corridors and walls in my apartment. Would definitely recommend the team for any cross border moving. Leo was able to help me prepare the necessary immigration documents to declare all my things as well. Overall I working with FRR is one less worry in your move process.Review from Lena C

The Flat Rate crew helped my wife and I move across the border from Seattle to Vancouver BC & did an incredible job despite the overwhelming heat that weekend. I had the Flat Rate guys help me with a cross-border move (Vancouver Canada to Seattle US). These guys are very professional, responsive, and deliver their service at quality. They took really good care of my things when packing, loading, delivery and assembly. I felt like having them do it was better than I could have done. I knew what to expect in terms of their moving terms, and was kept up to date on the transport so I could plan for pick up and delivery. Pricing is reasonable for the poundage, compared to other movers that do this. I was quite satisfied with the whole experience.Review from Richard A

From the very first point of contact, to the conclusion of our move, there was care, concern, attention to detail, and friendliness. The absolute best experience I've had with hiring a moving company. I have done many moves both within a city and to different provinces and they were by far the best and most cost efficient! All communication was clear, professional and precise. The estimate had no hidden charges or surprise additions at the end of the move. It was exactly what they estimated. The moves both on pick up in BC and drop off in AB were punctual, professional, very friendly and above all else took great care of my belongings. They wrapped absolutely everything with moving blankets and tape with no additional cost, it's just part of the service! They also took the time to ask me which floor and room i wanted everything placed in without me feeling rushed or pressured. I have never been more wowed by a service provider! Sef and Elwin were the most amazing people I have ever met. They were extremely professional, careful, and so kind. They updated me all along the way, as this was a big move from Vancouver, Canada to Los Angeles! I will only use them moving forward for any big moves. I had very special paintings that came back perfectly. A previous moving company I used had ruined a painting! The only regret I have is I didn't pay for their packing services too, as they are the best and really treat your belongings as theirs. Leo was also extremely helpful in onboarding me as a customer. He was always available to answer any and all questions and even via text which was easier for me. Thank you everyone!!! I'm so blessed to have found Flat Rate!Review from Umesh J

Excellent services right from enquiry, booking and execution of picking up and delivery the products from Canada to U.S. the team were very helpful and showed courtesy. Nothing damaged nothing misplaced. We got the shipment as per our convenience day and time! Pick up and delivery was exactly on the scheduled time! Kudos to Leo and his team! Thank you!
